Each request is coordinated by a dedicated contact who works within the organisation’s existing processes and activates the right people, services and suppliers according to actual needs.

ECCO provides personal, discreet support to simplify the arrival and day-to-day life of the athlete and their family: home, mobility, travel, household organisation, dining, lifestyle, personal services and everyday or last-minute requests.

Since 2023, ECCO Concierge has supported professional footballers, initially assisting Venezia FC players with lifestyle and day- to-day needs.
