Our Story

ECCO Concierge was founded in January 2023 by Marco Toffolon and Ivan Bongiovanni, with the vision of creating a modern, tailor-made luxury concierge service. Initially conceived as a digital platform to support hotel guests and private residences in Venice. Its purpose was clear from the very start: ensure absolute discretion, save precious time, and transform every request into an exclusive experience. ECCO Concierge continues to evolve, remaining faithful to its philosophy: absolute discretion, 24/7 availability, and the ability to give clients back the most precious luxury of all, the time.

APRIL 2023

ECCO expanded its scope by managing the lifestyle of Venezia FC players, introducing concierge discretion and attention to detail into the world of high-profile sports.

SEPTEMBER 2023

Through a collaboration with a major international real estate agency, ECCO entered the management of luxury properties in Venice, curating prestigious residences with the same precision dedicated to private clients.

2024

A year of consolidation and growth: ECCO managed exclusive events, established strategic partnerships with prestigious companies, and expanded its network of collaborations in Italy and abroad.

2025

ECCO inaugurated a new office in the heart of San Marco, Venice, and officially opened its presence in Milan, a strategic hub for private concierge, property management, and lifestyle. Today, ECCO operates nationwide and looks forward to expanding into Italy’s key luxury destinations.

Marco Toffolon

With a career that began in Switzerland in luxury hospitality and continued in Venice managing an exclusive boutique hotel, Marco built a solid network in both hospitality and real estate. From this experience came the intuition to create ECCO Concierge, blending entrepreneurial vision with a tailor-made attention to detail. Today he leads the company with the goal of providing international clients with a discreet, refined service that is always one step ahead.

Ivan Bongiovanni

With experience in luxury hospitality between London and Australia, Ivan developed strong expertise in operational management and multicultural team coordination. As co-founder, he oversees ECCO Concierge’s entire operational structure, ensuring every assignment is carried out with precision and in line with company standards. He also supports strategic development, strengthening ECCO’s presence and opening new opportunities in key luxury markets.

Emanuele Ermes Cremon

With a background in luxury hospitality between Italy and Switzerland, Emanuele has honed deep knowledge of operational processes and international guest services. At ECCO Concierge, he is responsible for operational management, coordinating daily activities with method, precision, and constant attention to service quality, while leading the company’s expansion into new destinations.

Tommaso Gavagnin

A specialist in financial management and revenue optimization, Tommaso gained experience in high-end hospitality, contributing to the opening and management of 4- and 5-star properties in Venice. At ECCO Concierge, he oversees financial planning and flow control, combining strategic vision with attention to detail, supporting the company’s growth and long-term stability.
